Mission Statement

     We believe that in the Appraisal Industry, as with many other areas of business, that buyers and sellers have many concerns.

     It is also our belief that real estate appraisers have an obligation to their lender clients to provide timely and accurate market value estimates.  This responsibility is not an easy one to uphold as "pressures" from lenders, property owners and realtors to "hit a number" are common and can be subtle or not.  These factors can influence an appraiser if they are not vigilant in this area.

     It is our promise, as licensed appraisers, to arrive at the estimated market value of the Subject property in a timely and accurate manner using accepted appraisal practices and methodologies.

     We promise to put forth our best effort on behalf of the client regardless of order frequency, fee amount or time schedule.  We can think of no other way to do business.
